This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Everyone is so helpful. I will never forget Aaron ( GM), Kevin , Alexis, Amanda,Stephanie and last but not the least Mr. Ward who makes every morning a delight in Madison. I will highly recommend this hotel to all. I will be back to Madison and to Magnuson Grand..!

ALL staff & front desk - helpful & cheerful. Breakfast-yogurt and blueberries. Excellent beds/bedding. Pool/sauna open 24 HOURS very very nice!

Pool and Fitness center being open 24 hours is awesome, although we didn't go swimming when we came back from the Casino. Is check out 11 or noon? Seen two different postings, took later option of course, too lazy to call the front desk!

1. Very quiet and comfortable. 2. When I neede to change reservations stephanie was very helpful. 3. Glad you allow dogs. 4. Pool and hot tub didn't have over chlorinated smell but still clean. 5. Room Keys work and didn't work (Picky).

Really like the fresh berries at breakfast. Fresh cream for coffee (not powder) nice workout room/clean rooms. Like that you have real dishwear coffee mugs, plates, bowls. Very nice staff. Thank you

Only 1 entrance the front lobby. Side doors would be nice to be able to use key. Not enought handicap spots. air conditioner didn't work for first night miserable hot night in room, Fixed next day was great.
